Welcome to my Private Membership Association (PMA).

When you engage with me and my products, services, and links, you agree to be a member of my Private Member Association.

All services and products I provide are done so in a private capacity, whether online or in person.

By engaging with me and my services, you agree that you are a living man or woman, in a natural state, capacity, standing, and status who is real, breathing, flesh and blood. You agree that you are voluntarily changing your capacity from that of a public person, to that of a Private Member.

I believe the Creator, who created nature, bestowed upon us unalienable Rights and Liberties, under Natural Law, which includes ones Right to be self-managed.

By joining The Wisdom Repository Private Member Association, (including any website, publication, social media platform usage, or the like organized by the Association), you agree to the Terms and Conditions as set forth throughout this document.

As living men and women, we have the Freedom to choose what is best for us individually, and as such, you understand that you can choose how, and with what services, to engage that are of your own free will, interest, and good intentions. 

Services and products I provide in the private domain include, but are not limited to:

Feng Shui Consultations
Webinars or in person classes
Online Courses
Book Sales (including, but not limited to children’s books, self-help books, downloads)
Coaching (including but not limited to PSYCHK, limiting belief coaching, business coaching, branding consulting)

Interactions on platforms where I publish articles, such as Substack
Animal Healing or Consultations

Information, education, and/or artistic expression on social media, such as YouTube

Facebook groups, community interactions for members

This PMA includes private business conducted through Angela Morris, The Alchemical Abode, Dwelling in Beauty, The Living Quill and all content within these mediums, as well as any other future endeavor created by me, Angela, a living woman.

I am a living woman providing services to other living women and men. 

By joining this PMA, you agree that you are not a government agent, detective, spy, or anyone with ill intent to slander, harm, entrap or swindle in any capacity and you understand that any service or product you freely give money to is not a purchase, but a donation or gift.

As a member, you agree not to report or complain to any corporate entity, legal entity, or government body in any jurisdiction about the membership and its offers as you understand this is a private agreement.

My intention is to provide, in the private, services that assist you with finding more harmony, joy, peace and freedom in your life. 

This membership does not expire and your agreement to use my services in any capacity is your acceptance of all terms of use, privacy policy, disclaimers, waivers, shipping policy, and all other notices posted on my platforms, including, but not limited to:

The member understands the following:

- Working with shifting limiting beliefs and the subconscious is not linear and may take time to shift. You understand this is a process and, while results are sometimes immediate, most are dependent upon your commitment to putting in the work for your own journey. 

- Working with feng shui is also not linear and is a commitment to yourself and creating a healthier environment. I have no control over what you choose to implement based upon the knowledge, remedies and resources offered, I can only offer guidance and consultation.

- Working with animals for distance healing may offer comfort but I cannot make any promises for outcomes. I can promise that I care deeply for animals and always do my best to help them.

- Books, Courses, and Downloads purchased from me are done so in good faith knowing that you are a mature adult with how you choose how to spend your money, and you understand the risk regarding the disclaimer that no refunds are available.

What is a PMA?

A Private Membership Association is a group of two or more like-minded men and/or women who voluntarily come together in a private, contractual relationship to share resources, knowledge, and services outside the jurisdiction of public laws, regulations, and oversight. By joining, you, the member, agree to a mutual-consent relationship with me, Angela Morris, where all interactions remain confidential.

• A PMA does not need any authority or permission, of any kind whatsoever, from any government for its creation or in order for it to continue to exist and function.

• A PMA is created by and exists upon the contract authority and power that people have reserved for themselves.

• PMA members are free to exchange any services or information whatsoever on any topic they choose and can speak or write about, listen to, or read any information, use or obtain any information, product, or service on any terms agreeable to any member who chooses to provide that information, product, or service within the private membership association.

• PMAs are under no general lawful/legal obligation to recognize any statutory title of public competency, education or training (licensed persons/experts).

• A PMA operates without permission from any governing/licensing authority for its creation, function or continuing existence

• Protection from mandates, regulations, restrictions, licensing fees, inspections, and public laws

• Freedom among members to treat and educate on health matters without being subject to FDA guidelines (From pmapower.org )

I, Angela Renee Morris©, am the sole creator, founder, and operator of this PMA, providing services in a private capacity. 

Services are provided remotely via live session, online via digital course or product purchase, or in person through agreed upon arrangements at an agreed upon location, including my home studio in Dickson, Tennessee, my client’s home, or a neutral meeting space.

Agreements between Angela Morris and Member

You agree to conduct yourself with self-governance and to take full responsibility for your experience. 

If you have an issue or problem with the membership or any service I provide, you agree to tell me and have a conversation to resolve said problem, rather than seeking remedy outside of the association (legal or otherwise). 

My intention is to never do harm to another man or woman, and I ask that you adopt the same intention. 

You agree that all information accessed is in the private through interactions via courses, downloads, etcetera, and will not be shared, thus will remain private.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Angela Morris, The Living Quill, The Alchemical Abode, and any other subsidiaries to any location in which it operates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses. Any resolution will be limited to the amount paid for services, less any expenses incurred. 

Under no circumstances will we enter into a legal court to attempt resolution. The member waives the right to such action. 

You are solely responsible for yourself.

Any advice or service I provide is intended for educational purposes and does not replace your own inner knowing, intuition, or choices. I, Angela Renee Morris©, am not responsible for your choices or how you choose to integrate the work we do together. 

Any records, transactions and communications within this PMA remain private and confidential and will not involve external entities without prior written consent of all parties.

You agree to non-disclosure and non-dissemination of any and all content provided by Angela Morris and any of her subsidiaries.

You agree not to distribute, forward, disseminate, record, post, publish, broadcast, redistribute, sell, share, otherwise disclose audio recordings, recorded and/or live-stream videos, downloads, written work product, documents, samples created by Simply Free including documents, research, educational information processes, procedures, protocols, or intellectual property shared by Angela Morris, and any of her listed subsidiaries, that is not public knowledge or publicly published. The nature of the information and the manner of disclosure are such that a reasonable man or woman would understand it to be confidential.

I accept donations or gifts for my services via cash, check, CashApp, Stripe, WooCommerce, or another agreed upon exchange, such as bitcoin, or gold and silver.

My intention, with all of my services, is made with good effort, well wishes, fairness, and the highest and best outcome for all.

I trust the Creator and invite positive, useful, and fruitful exchanges with individuals seeking betterment, growth, truth, and self-responsibility.

By engaging in my services, you agree to be a member of my PMA. When you interact through my website(s), purchase a product, or engage with my services in any capacity, you are automatically agreeing to the terms set forth in this document.
