Seeing through so much of the madness in this world, I've realized so much distraction feeds doubts and insecurities. All of the things the world says will fulfill us often leads to more emptiness and confusion.

. As we each work on ourselves and learn to make better choices that align with God's will, we help the collective return the humanness to humanity.  We all go through seasons of life trapped inside false beliefs or societal pressures. It's important to not abandon ourselves in a state of hopium and toxic positivity that can leave us empty and unfulfilled.  

While we are living in some extreme times, we are ALSO living in a wonderful time where there are amazing mentors, resources, opportunities, information and tools to help us find more mastery, flow, healing, wisdom, and passion for life.... teachers that inspire leaping into greater responsibility, power and purpose while also trusting the Divine plan.

My intention is to help people help themselves, to turn limiting beliefs into life affirming ones, to return to the joy of simplicity.

May discernment and critical thinking always be your guide and may we all be warriors and stewards for the earth on which we stand and remember the sovereignty of our soul calling us from within our connection to God, to nature,  to all that is good, sacred, and beautiful. 

Life can be difficult.

I don't know the answers.

I can only share my own wisdom and understanding from my own life experiences.

I'm an advocate for a more harmonious approach to being, thinking and living. I am honored to help people solve challenges by changing their environments and limiting beliefs.  I love animals and the wisdom they give us is so special.

 I have a Bachelor's in Psychology,  a Master's in Forensic Science. I'm a Feng Shui Master Consultant, a PSYCH-K Facilitator, a writer, and always a student.

 I know that when we restore more beauty to this world, we bring in more heart, morality, love, creativity, joy, and freedom.

 I've always navigated life with a strange lens and the ability to endure many lessons that I thought would break me, but instead, made me more resilient.  Running a "successful" business in marketing for over 15 years taught me a lot about business, burn-out and the way our lives are shaped by marketing/advertising/symbols/environments, both positively and negatively. 

Between logic and woo, creativity and function, inner and outer there is a bridge for balancing the ebb and flow of being beyond just existing. 

I've learned that we must look beyond labels, of what meanders behind the curtain that shrouds our world in painful deception and beautiful mystery.

 I’m here to help women in similar positions step out of the mayhem of busyness and into more supported aliveness — through my story, my experiences.....through home, work, writing, photography, harmony, and nature....goodness, harmony, beauty, and truth. No fake facades or false promises, just one woman sharing her gifts with another.
